Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Sacramento, CA. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Lodano proudly ships to customers within the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Damages & Lost Packages
Lodano is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to investigate. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
