30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions.
Conditions for Return
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in its original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item must not be listed as a non-returnable item (see below).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Please do not send items back without an RA number, as they may not be processed.
- Packaging: Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging, along with the proof of purchase. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provide a shipping label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed by us.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Exchanges
